Head Coach: Dan Desmond

Dan Desmond, the former Issaquah High and Pacific Lutheran University player was head coach at Bellevue High from 1999-2004. At Bellevue, he built a program which earned 4 KingCo playoff appearances, including three straight at the end of his tenure. Coach Desmond had spent two years as a varsity assistant at Issaquah High School before becoming head coach at Sammamish High School in 2007.

Assistant Coach: Gary McGregor

Gary McGregor was the head coach at Mount Si HS from 2000-2007. Before that, Gary spent the 1995-1999 seasons as the varsity assistant coach at Mt. Si. In 2005 Mt. Si won it's only KingCo Baseball conference title and it's only outright baseball title in school history. For his efforts, in 2005 Gary was named the Washington State 3A and Seattle Times All Area Baseball Coach of the Year. Mount Si was involved in the KingCo Playoffs 6 of the 8 years under Coach McGregor. Gary graduated from Burnsville HS in Burnsville, Minnesota. He played college baseball at Bellevue Community College and at Dickinson State University in North Dakota. Gary lives in North Bend with his wife Denae. They have two sons, Jason and Josh.

Assistant Coach: Todd Rubin

Assistant Coach, JV Head Coach: Ron Hay

Coach Hay is in his fourth year as an assistant coach here at Sammamish High School. Previous to coaching at Sammamish, he was an assistant coach at Interlake High School for three years. He has coached at nearly every level from youth baseball through regional, high school summer select squads. Coach Hay served for 5 years in the United States Marine Corps and has been an educator in the Bellevue School District for the past nine years.

Assistant Coach, JV: Laine McCann

Assistant Coach, C Team Head: Stephen Sanelli

A graduate of Issaquah High School, Stephen Sanelli lettered on the varsity baseball team his Junior and Senior year. He was awarded first team all-kingco honors at first base in 2002. He went on to play college ball at Central Washington University. From 2004 to 2006, he was a coach for the Lakeside Recovery summer team along side coach Desmond. That team included kids from Issaquah, Newport and Skyline high school.

In 2007, he started coaching at Sammamish as the assistant varsity and head C Team coach. Also, in the summer of 2007, he was the head coach of a 14 year old Sandy Koufax team with kids from the Issaquah area.
